These terms apply when you use veda yoga studio.com or enrol in a class, workshop or personal session with Veda Yoga Studio ("we", "us", "the studio"). By using the website or booking a class, you agree to these terms.

1. Classes and health disclaimer

• Yoga involves physical activity. Please inform your instructor of any injury, surgery, pregnancy or medical condition before your first class.
• Our "Personal 1-on-1" sessions for goals such as weight loss, back pain, knee pain, diabetes, PCOD/PCOS or arthritis are wellness and fitness sessions. They support your practice and are not medical treatment, diagnosis or a substitute for advice from your doctor. Please continue any prescribed medical care.
• You practise at your own pace and discretion; stop any posture that causes pain and inform your instructor.

2. Trial class, batches and fees

• The free trial class is subject to availability and confirmed batch timing.
• Fees shown on the website are indicative. The exact fee, offer or discount is confirmed on your first visit, call or WhatsApp chat, and may change over time.
• Membership fees are due in advance for the plan/duration selected.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

4. Conduct

We ask all students to be respectful of instructors and fellow students, follow studio hygiene and safety guidance, and use aerial/prop equipment only under instructor guidance. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session for unsafe or disruptive conduct.

5. Photos and testimonials

We may photograph or film group classes and events for our website, social media and marketing. Let us know in advance if you would prefer not to be included, and we will accommodate this where reasonably possible.

6. Website use

Content on this website (text, photos, logo) belongs to Veda Yoga Studio or is used with permission and may not be copied or reused without consent. We try to keep information on this site accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veda Yoga Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at a class, other than as required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
